Engagement
Raj proposed to Tina last year which is why we're here where we are today. Read about the proposal.
Our engagement was official in April of 2000 when Tina's parents threw us a party inviting all of our closest friends and family.

Wedding
The traditional Vedic wedding ceremony is about four thousand years old. In Hindu dharma, marriage is viewed as a sacrament and not a contract. Hindu marriage is a lifelong commitment and is the strongest social bond that takes place between a man and a woman. The wedding ceremony is meant to unite two souls for not only this life but for all their lives to come. The wedding will consist of several events the days before and after the actual wedding ceremony.
